Came across your retirement message through LinkedIn and the reference to Substack. I am just getting up to speed in Substack.

I am discovering that YouTube is a great source for keeping up with what's happening in the world. I have discovered a good mix of discussions on cosmology, physics, and artificial intelligence to engage the mind. Also, a number of YouTube sites keep me up to date on my ringside seat to the Fall of the American Empire: Robert Reich, MSNBC, Meidas Touch Network, and a few others.

Enjoy your time off but "watch your six" as fighter pilots say. When agents of the Executive branch feel free to arrest state court judges in their own court rooms, pretty much anything is possible. Be safe.

Your non/plan sounds like the perfect “plan”— you do you! And enjoy Joy with a wry sense of humor- as you always have. Congrats on a graceful move , Bob (maybe all your dancing skills are paying off),

yep, culmination of the not-quite-a-plan. I feeling good and limbering up and letting my interests explore me to see what's next.

I was so shocked to see that infamous zz. next to your email address in the GAL :(. If I ever make it to San Francisco again I’ll give you a ring for some salsa dancing. In the meantime, I know you will find your new groove and I’ll keep reading your ‘Stacks’ ♥️

After a long flight in a sleek metal tube with lots of people, one walks out the front door of the airport into a new world...the light is different, the air is different, the people are different, you are different. Bon voyage.
